Windows 10 Launching This Summer In 190 Countries, 111 Languages

Microsoft's brand new operating system, Windows 10 will become available this summer in 190 countries and 111 languages, the company said.

Windows 10 packs some interesting features such as Windows Hello authentication system and a new Internet browser (codenamed Project Spartan).

Windows 10 was first unveiled in September.

Microsoft also announced several partnerships in the Windows 10 launch, including Lenovo, Qihu 360, and Tencent. These companies will provide free upgrades to consumers.

"As the leading PC manufacturer worldwide, we are pleased to partner with Microsoft to bring Windows 10 to our joint customers," said Fuyao Tong, vice president of Lenovo Group, general manager of Lenovo China. "We are also excited to announce that Lenovo is joining the Windows Phone ecosystem with our first Windows Phone mid-year 2015."

Notably, some Xiaomi Mi 4 smartphone users will also get an opportunity to test out the new Windows 10 operating system.
