Kim Kardashian opened up that she and husband Kanye West are trying so hard to get pregnant for the second time. In the premiere episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired on March 15, the 34-year old mother is seen talking to sister Khloe Kardashian revealing some nasty details about her sex life.

According to a report from Heatworld, the reality TV star talked about their private details while on camera: "The doctors said I have to lie down for 15 minutes after sex. I had sex just before you got here."

Khloe is said to have been looking disgusted while Kim is narrating her story. Even then, Kim continued anyway.

"Oh, just in the bathroom. You've got to get it in, when you can get it in," Kim said.

The report further said that the model is also considering other medical options just to have a second baby.

"[We] might have to try a surrogate," she said in that episode.

Kim is said to have continued her tale further revealing sex habits that she and her husband practiced in the bedroom. At one point, she confided to her sister that all her efforts could be 'exhausting', Mail Online reports.

'Literally I'm so exhausted, I've been having sex like 500 times a day."

Later in the show while talking to the former Olympian, Bruce Jenner, Kim opened up again about her desire to get pregnant.

"I just got my period which means that I'm not pregnant this month and I'm really upset because I really tried really hard. It's like so frustrating, I'm exhausted and...I think I'm forcing it,' she complained.

And as a conclusion to her ramblings, Yahoo News said that the reality TV star thinks that she and Kanye have to calm down and forget about the pregnancy.

"I'm forcing it. We just need to relax and we just need to not stress over it, not plan so much and just go with the flow."

Kim and Kanye have a 19-year old baby, North West who also enjoys the limelight like his celebrity parents. According to Kim, having siblings for North can strengthen the family's bonding, Hindustantimes said.

"I am so on a mission to get pregnant. I remember growing up being so close with my sisters, so I want siblings for North."
